He is recognised as the ‘go to’ man on the Island for all things GDPR. He regularly works with Expol, presenting and advising on GDPR, AML, Cybercrime, Corporate Governance, Freedom of Information Act, Equality Act and Disability Discrimination Act.

This workshop will review the new General Data Protection Regulation and highlight what are the key areas that an Investigator needs to take into account when undertaking work which involves personal data.

      • Accountability – records of activity
      • Security
      • What if it goes wrong?
    4.  Summary and Plenary

At the conclusion of the training a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded.
