We welcomed Barrister at Law and Partner of Scarmans Ltd, Muthupandi Ganesan, to our training team this week.
‘Pandi’ joined us to deliver the Criminal Procedures and Investigation Act 2016 training to representatives of the Isle of Man Ship Registry. Pandi undertakes a wide variety of litigation and has substantive experience in criminal law having practiced from Furnival Chambers for 12 years.
He has acted on behalf of the CPS, HM Revenue & Customs, NHS and various private prosecution bodies including local authorities. Pandi also undertakes international cases and has been involved in cases in the Seychelles, Caribbean and India. He has provided training to judges, prosecutors, investigators and lawyers in various countries including Barbados, Montenegro, Germany, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, India, UK, Romania, Sweden and Kyrgyzstan.
