New changes in the Expol Group as Dave Bell retires

Wednesday 1st September sees a number of new changes in the Expol Group as we say ‘Goodbye’ to Dave Bell, the Founder and CEO of the Group.  Dave is retiring from the company, having founded it in 2005.

Dave’s skill set as a former police Detective Chief Inspector placed him ideally to create the company and lead it for the subsequent 16 years.  During his time as the CEO  he has overseen the introduction of ExpolCheck Limited, our employment screening company, and led on the vast majority of serious cases of fraud, theft and complex issues involving Trusts and Corporates.

Rob Kinrade, Director of the Expol Group said, ‘Its a sad day for the company and for me personally to say ‘Goodbye’ to my great friend.  We have been close pals since our time in the police and have continued to be so ever since. I will miss his work contribution and, of course, the daily banter.  The good news is that Dave has agreed to maintain a role as a Consultant and will continue to be involved with the more complex investigations, in which he has specialised for so many years.  His counsel will always be welcomed by me’.

Alayne Sheffield, recently appointed as Director of ExpolCheck Limited, is now promoted to the Board of Expol Limited and will have responsibility for Employment  Screening and also People within Expol.

Rob Kinrade, a Director since 2007 replaces Dave Bell as the Managing Director of the Group and will also oversee Investigations and Training.

Everyone at Expol would like to wish Dave and his wife, Anne, a long, healthy and very happy retirement.
